Scripture gifts for West Auckland Hospice

On behalf of Hospice West Auckland, I would like to thank Bible Society New Zealand for their donation of Bibles and other Scripture materials. These items will greatly enhance our ability to support the spirituality of our patients and their families.

Papa Fred Holloway (Kaumatua & Board Member), Michael Mardon (Bible Society Regional Rep) and David Nuualiitia (Chaplain) with some of the gifted Scriptures.

Already the Peace Strength Unity & Hope booklets are proving popular handouts as God’s Word comforts them during end of life transitions. Readings and prayers from the Bibles are also popular requests from patients & family.

Finally the Hui group at Hospice appreciated having you over for lunch and participating in reading scriptures with the group and sharing how Bible Society seeks to support the community, I know your work will bear much fruit.
