Mr Kua Wee Seng, coordinator of the United Bible Societies' China Partnership, and other UBS guests, visited the centre recently to present the students with 107 sets of Bible tools.

Each set included a Study Bible, a Bible dictionary, a concordance and a topical analysis of the Bible.

Wu Liangdong, a 20-year-old Bai ethnic minority student, thanked UBS and its supporters.

“These books are going to be very useful," she said. "Up until now there has only been one study note book and a devotional book for all of us to share. Hence, I am very grateful to Bible Society supporters for all these!”
