The recent uprisings in Egypt have brought hope to many that a freer and more democratic society is emerging there.
Bible Society is seizing the opportunity presented by these historic events to reach out to many with the Word of God.
With the country united around a common theme of ‘Let’s build Egypt together’, Bible Society is distributing Scripture leaflets based on Nehemiah’s rebuilding of his city and of his people’s faith.
Bible Society has placed front page advertisements in major newspapers listing Christian values such as faithfulness, forgiveness and love as the building blocks which are needed to rebuild the nation.
It is also providing a newsletter encouraging all Christians during this time of momentous change.
