Through CRE classes children learn not only about God and the Bible, but also about many other aspects of life such as how to relate to others, self-esteem and forgiveness.
Here’s what some CRE teachers from around the country are saying with regard to the prospect of getting class sets of Bibles:
“Having Bibles will give the children a place to go to find out more about God for themselves.”
“They’ll grow in awe of this old book that is still a best seller and so relevant to their lives.”
“Some children have never handled a Bible before. These Bibles will give them an opportunity to have a close encounter with God's Word for the first time.”
“These Bibles will be of huge benefit to our teachers and the children, and a wonderful, dynamic teaching resource.”

“My uncle was a heroin addict. He had sunk very low. He met a pastor from a church, who shared God’s love and forgiveness with him. He became a devout Christian.”
